Well I had a message from xbox that said I got a free month of live from continuous support on MCC and then it gave me a code. aaaand I let it lapse and the message auto deleted. Talked to Microsoft and they told me to post here.

I just had a live chat with Xbox support and they told me to contact 343 to see I can receive my code since my message also expired. I went to the site that is posted above, was told that I was eligible for this code and to check my account to see if there was a subscription update. There was not. If there wasn’t an update, I was told to contact them for support and I was told to contact 343. Please help.
