The message I received from Microsoft containing the code for 1 month of Live is gone, and their support said to contact 343 about it. Read other peoples posts and they said to try posting on the forums about it.
Same here. I didnt want to redeem it right away. And I cant do it now, because the message was deleted.
Xbox Live Support should have directed you to post on their forums, instead of here. If you post over there someone will be able to help you out with it
