in the new new update for HW2 they stated that players would recieve 3 Free REQ pack after completeing 5 games… im ranked and i did not recieve them???

I haven’t been able to get past the tutorial, it keeps freezing for me. Maybe I should reinstall it?

I finally got it to work and got all three of my packs. I watched the tutorial before I had played any matches.
