Uhm, You’re practically saying Free DLC and a return of $3.95 (Idk the currency everywhere else), you’d practically make your money back off the game if you stayed around long enough. If there’s a market for it, it won’t be free.

I feel like i get enough req points to buy gold packs anyway. its not like there is anything special in the gold packs like game play wise so how would you be making your money back? i do wish there was a way to trade the power weapon , vehicle, armor ability, and warzone/arena booster cards you get from the req packs with you friends

You’re releasing free content along with more free content. It’s either Time > Money or Money > Time, but once you just give out free REQ’s it takes both the effort of time, or the payment of money, so you’re getting a return or a refund of a sought out of the game, get what i mean? Kinda? Yeah it’s practically like going to the supermarket long enough, buying some cereal, you go to the checkout and they give you $4 and you walk out with free cereal.
Trading can be scammed in halo, it would have to create a whole new system to implement this. I doubt it would ever see play.

I get what you mean and I’m not saying that they should give away gold pack (clearly there is a market for it) but the only time you get “free” cereal is if they’ve made enough profit to cover the cost to make said cereal. so you can pay for 38 req pack for $99.99 that gives you 12 “free” req packs but is it really free when you could just play the game you’ve already paid for “earn” req points and get stuff for free for real.
Well, it wouldn’t have to be “gold” pack.
Like… any pack, really. Just like, to encourage players to play more and buy packs. 
we got free req packs for thanksgiving and chirstmas, isn’t that enogh for you? 
I think a free req pack on your birthday would be nice…wouldn’t it?

Not necessarily a gold pack, but any pack would be nice.
