Ok so was gonna go buy it. Had 10 msp. clicked on xbl marketplace through halo menu. took me straight to crimson. clicked confirm thinking itll prompt me to add points. Nope, just downloaded. went on brothers xbox and account, did same thing. did this on my iM IRinkRat tag. I read on here that they are going to ban. I really hope not because i will happily pay for them! unless this is some promotiom to make up for all the b.s. so far with this game. Anyone know whats up??
I’m not sure but I’m pretty certain they wouldn’t ban you for it since it’s not your fault. They’ll probably issue a fix for it soon so no one else can download them for free and then a patch later to remove it from your xbox tags/consoles, but again, I’m almost certain they wouldn’t ban you for it since you haven’t really done anything wrong as it’s their fault.
It’s probably to do with a rushed fix for the LE/Map Pass holders not being able to download it earlier - they accidentally granted access to everyone when trying to sort that out by the looks of it lol.

and i dont have multiple to bypass. i pay for 3 accounts a year and i use them sperately. i find that pretty offensive that you alredy blocked my post acctually. morons.
If you have the map pass and download it for free you cant be banned whatsoever due to your SUPPOSED to be getting it for free besides i think microsoft is trying to get it free for only map pass holders or limited edition
