I never received my free 1 month gold message yesterday for the online issues since launch on halo mcc. I Got my halo mcc on release day and played online but no free month. I have contacted microsoft support who said to leave msg here. Please dont ignore this.
i havent gotten a message too so I’m guessing you’re account just gets a month free and just delays the current xbox live gold you have.

A friend got theirs last night I believe in a message from Xbox Live. I think others noted that their subscription time had been extended. I just checked my account there and my subscription has been extended by a month (Said June last week, now it says July), so it may be worth checking that just in case you do have it. If you go to the Microsoft Commerce site, you can check your transactions. It will tell you when you last purchased, so you can work out from the renewal date if you have had it applied 
Those things roll out. You’ll get it.

If you bought the digital copy from XBL Store or Microsoft store, contact Xbox Live Support and they can sort that out for you. You can get at least 1 no questions asked refund. If they try and direct you back here, give it another try.
but it seems everyone but me has got there free month, even friend who got his for xmas got free month so how is that fare. surely should be some kind of order. 343 really need to get this sorted and contact me. I will create as many posts about this until they do. Why cant they give you a phone number or email address???

Do you freak out in real life when something doesn’t go your way? I’m sure you will get your month of LIVE at some point, but this is not the best way to handle impatience.
I would advise against spamming the forums. There are still people that don’t have it yet, so you’re not alone. The roll out process has begun, it’s just a case of waiting. I don’t imagine you’ll be waiting for long and it’s not really going to matter if you get it now of Tuesday is it? As it’s being applied to your xbox live account, Xbox live supportwould be the people to contact as they have access to your account details. 343 do not have that kind of access.

Standing up against what? A slight inconvenience?
I’ve already explained this numerous times, in numerous topics. The free month is still rolling out. 343 will not be in charge of this process, it will be Xbox Live Support as they will add the free month to your account. Not everyone has it yet and not everyone will have it by the end of the day. Have some petience please, if you are eligible, whuich it seems you are, then you will get it.

He has Twitter account, an account here and I’m sure other avenues to reach him. What exactly would you complain to the BBB about? Otherwise, it looks like you are just spamming.
I have not gotten mine either… Beginning to worry I won’t get it not the free ODST. I can’t find contact info either. Xbox told me to post on halo waypoint forums…
I still don’t have it, yes I have read the above. Just seems strange if they are rolling it out that last Fri 95% of people got it. Since last Fri no one else has it. So I don’t think they have rolled it out at all. It was last Fri when everyone was meant to get it. Don’t tell me to wait until Feb that’s not fair
Just a quick question, I don’t have the free month message just yet (not too fussed about that really) Just want to make sure I’m listed for the free ODST 
I have the gold emblems and bits for my player card which were also given out as part of this offer (if i’m correct there?)
So I guess that means I am eligible (as i know I am) Is that correct?
