Do you think that Fred, Kelly, and Linda will finally make their debut in a Halo game with Halo 4?

I hope so. It would be lame if 343i would not put the into the game. And it would make a perfect team for Co-Op. Fred FTW.
I’d turn 4 controlles on if I had to just to be able to play as him… Kelly is awesome too.

Well in Glasslands it was said that the remaining Spartans on Onyx were rescued, so I can’t see why they wouldn’t be in the game.

343i would be foolish to not put them in halo 4. It only makes sense that they are in the game.

I guess we’ll have to wait and see. Also, if they do make it into the game they’ll most likely be our co-op characters.

I would like to see them in action during gameplay, but if they don’t make it in then I wouldn’t be too disappointed.

Let’s just look at it from this perspective folks, 343 has said they are trying to go for the same mystery of Halo: CE. Can that really be possible with three other S-IIs hanging around? And even then, how are people who didn’t read the books or comics know who they are? Gears of Wars 3 tried this and the effect was completely lost on the majority of the fanbase.

Agree with you there DC, but the way FOC mentions how the comics, books etc… are going to tie in with Halo 4 makes me wonder…

I think it was in the Halo fest Halo 4 opening panel video, but i may be wrong.

I think Halo 4 is going to have a loneliness feeling about it. 343i wants us to acquire a sense of a new place. For us to feel that, I’m sure we’re going to be alone(Only UNSC) on this “Legendary Planet.”

I had a cool idea that at the end of Halo 4 the Arbiter, Linda, Kelly, and Fred will show up to save Master Chief from something.

Fred died. Linda is alive and so is kelly. In the book the ghosts of onyx kelly and fred fight in a shield world and get teleported to a unknown location, but Fred sacrificed himself for his team which three other spartans survived. At the New York Toy Fair on display was 4 separate boxes which were shaped as spartans, but were not displayed. Spartans IIs,IIIs, and IIIIs, will be in Halo 4 as confirmed in the book Glasslands.

i thought that kelly linda and halsay all got trapped on onyx
