I have pinpointed the root of all my Halo Reach frustrations: grenades.
This is what annoys me about them:
-people who spam them in every firefight
-people who, without fail, chuck a grenade at their feet a splitsecond before dying every time
-the fact that the radius and damage is so high on infantry
-people whose entire combat strategy is to get in close, throw 2 grenades on the ground, and pop armour lock.
-people who sit around a corner, watch their radar, and throw a grenade timed perfectly for when I run around said corner. I usually see this coming and back off, but it still pisses me off that that’s how they get their kills.
This is all redeemed by:
Those times I hit the cross map sticky on someone who doesn’t have armour lock.
That being said, I am so glad that in Halo 4, you cannot pick up nades off dead bodies without an extra support package. This means that only those who REALLY want to nade spam will be able to.
I also appreciate Arena and MLG playlists because you only spawn with 1 such mininuke per life.
