During ODST he was Hired by Microsoft to help Build 343 industries from the ground Up with the goal in mind that they wanted to Make sure every bit of halo lore and canon had its place and fit nicely and easily together cohesively.
He has helped With Several Novelization Since Halo 2, He is Now the person who Goes over and edits the Encyclopedia, and many other halo related resources. He is a long time Fan And first and foremost his and 343i’s Job is to make sure everything fits Canonically, And thus far has done a FABULOUS JOB. 343 has help Fix retcons in reach, fixed several issues with previous novels, Updates and fixed issue in the resource material, and have help with man other Media IE comics, Movies, books, ARGS, and many others. 343 is the company who say what stay goes changes and there word is law And the head of 343i Frank O’Connor
