Pretty sure they got in the booth with Robert Davi, the voice of Rtas Vadam. Mainly because he’s a character whose lore isn’t 100% told in game, alive, been out of the picture for awhile, close friends with Thel and can we swayed to work with humans and a fan favorite. He’s Sangheili Johnson.
That or Guilty Spark is back.

I’m not sure if O’Connor is speaking in the tense of charters but of voice actors. Since MB doesn’t have one (Technically) I have to disagree with you and assume it’s a charter who’s voice we’ve heard plenty off already but is a side character with massive favoritism or hatred.
