Framerate issues. How do they even exist?

I haven’t been on H4 a lot in the past months but im back trying the TU out. I cant help but notice how unbelievably awful the framerate is on most maps. Any sort of action on screen and the framerate take a nose dive and makes any sort of BR/DMR battle impossible.

But my question isnt just H4, its for games in general; How do framerate issues go unnoticed in game testing?

They’re using the same equipment as us to test these games how can they not have situations occur where they see a framerate problem?

Is there some hardware difference? Or do they just not care?

The first thing I notice when Im playing a console game is inconsistent framerate, because it shouldn’t even be a problem. And I wonder how the heck MS lets a AAA game like Halo 4 be released with some pretty serious framerate issues.

Yes, my game is installed…

It sucks but thats what happens with old, outdated hardware.
