While in-game, during multiple occasions, frames start dropping making the screen lag a lot and difficult to focus while playing. Checked all settings and issue still occurs after game restart.

I have also had this frame rate issue as well. I have my FPS displayed and the frame rate itself is solid BUT there is a noticeable stutter than happens throughout the game. I have tried changing the visual quality, locking the FPS to 120 (I normally play at 240FPS) but nothing seems to fix the issue. It also is completely random as I have had instances where I do not see these huge frame rate stutters and instances where it happens constantly. If it helps I am running at 2080ti, an i7-9700k, a 240hz display at 1080p.
try to turn off the minimum fps in the settings
atleast my game runs a bit smoother after this, no micro stutter
