This event made me lose pretty much all faith in being able to unlock anything good for free. As many people have already said the best looking armors are going to be locked behind a paywall 100% of the time. One of the things that probably upsets me the most is that the armor that they advertised for this event is a paid set. I wouldn’t have a problem at all if the stuff that we unlocked in the events for free didn’t take weeks worth of playing. Before anybody starts with the “oooooohhh, but it’s free to play!” Just don’t, these posts are here for constructive criticism. Unfortunately a lot of the people who are new to this game don’t seem to understand that armor in halo has always been linked to progression and performance and to see that you can just open up your wallet for the best things is just sad. I DIDNT WATCH MY BUDDIES DIE FACE DOWN IN THE MUCK DOING THE VIDMASTERS JUST TO SEE ALL OF YOU GET THE BEST ARMORS BY OPENING YOUR WALLET!
