FPS view of Sniper Rifle and AR

During making halo 4: composing worlds you can see them playing split screen at 1:35. On top you can see the sniper rifle and on bottom the AR.

They are playing Halo Reach on Hang 'em High I believe.

I thought the same, but when you look at it, it’s clearly Reach.
