Hi, I recently came across this int he last few days and no matter what i do in the settings nothing seems to help.
I currently get more then 200+ FPS in the game no matter Multiplayer or Campaign but for some reason while I play I’m getting these Micro stutters and they get worse to the point I fell like i’m playing in 30 FPS but the counter on Steam and others i have used for testing show more then 200 fps.
I have tested this with everything turned off. (Program Wise) including turning off overlays but still persists.
Does anyone have any idea on way this is happening?

I’ve been having the same issue in multiplayer on halo 3, game running 160+ FPS with no drops but I’ll randomly encounter hitches while playing.

MCC is installed on a Samsung Evo 850 SSD
I am having the exact opposite problem. I should be able to absolutely tank this game on the best possible settings using my laptop but I get 40-50 FPS at all times, in all games.
My laptop is brand new, has an i7 16gb of ram, a 2070 and it can’t even max out Halo. This thing can run Doom Eternal at 250+ FPS but it can’t run Halo 3? A 13 year old game?
