Dear 343i. Why the game is locked to 60fps? There are a lot of people out there with 144 and 240 Hz monitors. I tried to get around it, but it seems like cheat engine can’t solve the problem any more, because you fixed it. Why are you purposely leaving this in the game when it ruins the gameing experience? I thought you trying to make the game better, but apparently you just making it worse.
