So I stopped playing halo 4 a while ago due to the FPS(frames per second) issues. The game seemed so laggy grapgically. My question is have they addressed this issue? I am thinking about picking it back up to play untill the MCC comes out
Nothing can really be done for Halo 4 on the Xbox 360 to improve the frame rate, the game is pushing the Xbox 360 to its limit and as a result, it isn’t exactly a smooth experience. It is only really noticeable on Forge Maps or while playing on split screen.
Where are you running into frame rate issues at?
Nothing can be done, except wait for the glorious experience that awaits us on Xbox One next month. Praise be to the Halo gods. This site is also super clean now.
yeah I have been playing halo reach just due to the stable frame rate. I just dont want to go grab halo 4 today to be like well -Yoink- it still sucks and go back to reach lol

I am one of those guys that never stopped playing Halo 4. I took a break to play DESTINY on the Xbox One, but I still jump on the 360 with my friends to rock some Husky Raid, Grifball, or Team Slayer.
Like someone mentioned above, HALO 4 is pushing the 360 to its limits so there isn’t much you can do about the FPS. However, I do encourage you to go back and play some. If you see me online, shoot me an invite and we can go knock out some fools.

What do you mean install disc one? I have installed disc two, but I didn’t know you could install disc one? My wife and I play split-screen all the time, and the FR drop on the Forge maps is unbareable! I can’t stand playing split-screen on any of the Forge maps!

Nothing will remedy playingt split-screen on Forge maps. The Xbox 360 simply isn’t powerful enough for what Halo 4 wants it to do and keep a stable 30FPS.

You can install any disk that you put in the 360, When you have disk one in hover over play halo 4 and there is a button to press that will allow you install the disk

You have to press x then go in and install from there and no problem bud

I don’t believe that there is any way to fix this issue. Even installing the game did not help my experience when trying to play split screen. The lag is truly unbearable.
For me, the framerate really has only been an issue on forged maps. I don’t think they can do anything on 360, but the issues should be gone in the MCC.
