FPS Issues and PC Turns Off

So I don’t know if its just me having this issue but this started today didn’t do it during weekend one or even awhile for this one but now suddenly My PC will sometimes just randomly turn off upon launching halo and then when it doesn’t do that and actually work I get like about 30 FPS even on the lowest settings which I know before it was way higher then that anyone know any fixes or something or should I just wait till launch?

Specs:
GPU: AMD Radeon RX5500XT
CPU: Intel I7 4770K (No oc)
Ram:24GB DDR3
MB:Asus Maximus VII Hero
SSD 500GB And 2 TB (2TB has halo infinite on it)

Update: The powering off problem seems to have stopped it still runs at about 30 I decided to close this topic since I know this is likely a optimization issue and there’s nothing I can do about that and will have to wait till launch to see if its improved and its still playable to be honest since I just played a match Edit: It seems I cant close the topic so never mind I guess people can use this for a reference I suppose then or something
