Fps freezing and connection interrupted issue

So when i boot up Halo CE campaign or multiplayer sometimes i get these freezes, example: Going through the middle of Silent Cartographer and boom freeze for a few seconds, IF this happens for me in multiplayer then i freeze and get kicked and then banned which is unfair reason to get banned for a few 5-8 minutes. Long story short

  1. Normal multiplayer gameplay

  2. Freeze (And pray to god it doesn’t kick you)

3.Get kicked with “Connection Interrupted” thing pop up

4.Wait for 5-8 minutes for the ban to try again
Anyone know how to fix this?

This ban system is the worst. It punishes you when the game crashes on its own, and forces you to fight uneven matches when other people quit. It needs to go.
