how does the fourm rank work and what exactly is it? Im im pretty new to the fourms, seems like some good information amongst alot of people bashing people lol. Would be nice to know how it all works or point me in the right direction to the info. Thanks
Forum rank works by how much you post here. Look at the spartan rank for example, it would take you 6000 posts on here.

exactly and to post links,you need to at least be marine.
Forum rank is our way of seeing how much you post. Every rank has 5 sub ranks to it. Iron, bronze, silver, gold, and onyx.
The ranks are
Recruit: just started
Marine: 100 posts and can link
ODST: 1500 they don’t get anything special
Spartan: 6000 posts and can have a signiture
If you would like to know more about forum ranks This page will explain it. You can access this page from your profile, you merely have to click on your link that says your forum rank.
However do be warned that the page is out dated and needs to be updated, the monitors have said it’s on the list of things to update.
For example, recruit irons only get two posts a day, this is because we had a serious wave of spam months ago. But as you post your post limit will grow with you.
