Its not that bad, looks more like a tank arby then a rage arby though.

Okay, it’s not the worst thing I’ve ever seen, I just don’t think armour like that doesn’t belong in Halo.

It shouldnt have the spike cape in the back, other then that i think it looks ok.
The arbiter is suppose to have a ritual looking armor.
