found some major glitches in matchmaking

yoo been enjoying match composer it awesome but I have some run into mutilple major gitches and other bs
1st sometimes in halo 2a ( not sure about other games) my team only has 3 people I thought 4th guy quit but he wasn’t on the ingame leaderboard or the after game carnage report why is mcc not letting me have 4 guys on the team? though this bug might be rare cause only it only twice in a game
2th sometimes when the games is starting it is struck on the leaderboard screen when I finally spawned the enemy team already capped 2 flags ( this bug happened twice once in h2c and once in h2a both ctf games)
3th (Ce only) this once is kinda minor issue but a lot of times in match composer I get matched with a enemy team with rank 30 or 20 and all my teammates in Ce are not even ranked in Ce (I am not either) can’t we divide the team ?? It feel soo bad playing Ce when all your enemy team are like rank 30 and know all every yoinking spwan it just lead to one sided blood bath because of spwan trap and u can’t do anything about it it also it lead to half your team quiting the match I mean it feel soo bad when u are sreach for koth and ctf for 10 to 15 mins and only to get half your team quit because all the enemy player are spwan killing left and right

Just my guesses. The first one might be someone dashboarding right when the map starts to load. Second one could be some kind of lag or connection issue. For the third one, that will happen if you’re playing social since there’s loose restrictions. If it’s ranked, then not sure.

Have to agree with Luke. These don’t sound like major issues. #1 odds are for some one quitting or dropping before the map loads…#2 was probably some sort of lag/connection issue. #3 there is no ranks in soical composer so you can face a wide range of ranks. But even in ranked with the low population you may face a wide range there as well. In lone wolves I am only a 3 and seen ranks in the upper thirties and even low fourties in games with me. Which is fine because I would rather have a somewhat uneven game than no game at all.

I think some are a little too finiky with online gaming. There are always little glitches and hic ups so to speak with it. There are a lot of stuff that can go wrong. Can’t guarantee a perfect connection or game every time.

yea maybe u are right matchmaking seems like a mystery box u never know what u going to get either gonna be dominating get getting yointed lol

Sorry to hear that you are having games with improperly sized teams. That was one of the reasons why I stopped playing in 2014, but it has been much better for me since the update this year. With regard to the first point… I think that matchmaking should finalize the player list BEFORE it starts loading the map. It should go something like this:

  • Players are all matched, but players, gametype, and map all remain a mystery. - Matchmaking secretly finalizes the game, and locks all the players in the carnage report. - Matchmaking should show the player list and map/mode for about 10 seconds prior to the game. - Map loads and game is played. - Players can all discuss with each other on the carnage report.
