I made sure to have all my accounts connected on waypoint but I have not received my HCS launch weapon coating after unlocking all the twitch drops. I received the armor coating and the pose but have not seen anything for the weapon coating.
For anyone experiencing this please go to YouTube, find a content creator called L3G3ND6 (threes for Es and a six) he posted a video a day or two ago that I think walks you through this and walks through known problems.

Rough, I’m too late to do the alternate method. No more costreamers live, and it seems like the tourney is over. Weirdly enough, I got the weapon coating but not the armor coating. I only saw one in my redeems, despite it being claimed on twitch.
Tough.
Same I received the weapon coating and the stance but I did not receive the armour coating.
This is for when you see … where the user should be on waypoint. That method does not always work this is for the workaround.

Ok, I’ve not experienced (or tried to) any of this first hand. Just saw a few threads and saw this video a day or so ago so thought I’d let you all try.

Same here. Accounts are connected. All drops showing as claimed on Twitch but nothing on Way Point or in game. Too late to start over. I hope something shows up, the coatings looked really nice.

Too late for me to utilize this work around. I really hope they fix this. Did not expect this to be an issue while the tournament was going on, I just assumed it took time to show up in game.

Me too. I’m messaging support about this but they aren’t giving me hopeful responses and barely any responses at all I guess because it’s the holidays. They probably aren’t going to do anything it’s 343 they are being so incompetent with Infinite I’m over this. Twitch says about drops that they could take time to be fulfilled no one is to blame about this but Halo Waypoint being buggy.
If you have any problems with support post the following to them.
I’m having the same issue. I was able to receive the pose, but have yet to receive the armor or weapon skins. The pose shows up in my “redeemed codes”, but the others do not. All “claimed” in the Twitch Drops inventory.
Here is what I have gotten from support so far:
We have a few steps that you can try to make the items appear. Please do the following on your web browser:
- Confirm that the reward is listed in your Twitch Drops inventory:
- Confirm that the reward is listed as Claimed and that hovering your mouse over the check shows “Game account connected”
- Go to your Waypoint redemption history and verify the items are listed:
- Items should be listed as “HCS Launch Armor Coatings” and/or “HCS Launch Weapon Coatings”
- If not listed on the Waypoint history, your account was not connected correctly. You can try reconnecting via Halo Waypoint account settings:

If the items are still missing despite following the steps we provided, please let us know so we can investigate further.

The above is directly from them. How can they have steps to report and escalate if they don’t know anything is wrong.
Key point they know something is wrong but they dont want to escalate. Why?

Same exact issue for me. The Pose shows up in the history on Waypoint, but the weapon coatings do not. What steps did you take to get those options when you reported it?
I tried unlinking and redoing it, but the issue is that claiming it on Twitch prior to a proper link being established, just sends whatever you claimed into the void. That’s why I have the Victory Pose, because that was unlocked later on.
Nice to see support a bit more receptive now.
Really the web team need to fix the twitch account linking on the HaloWaypoint website so no one has this “linked, but actually not really” status again.
Then, whichever area deals with the Esports rewards needs to look into twitch, see if there is a record for the drops claimed and manually entitle it to players.
Good luck with the later though, I’ve been trying to get my Halo 5: Guardians Animated HCS Emblem for attending HCS London 2018 and still don’t.
I guess they’re hoping it might re-signal the claims from twitch to HaloWaypoint at some point and grant them, but I think most of us are doubtful as there was a specific claim button action involved as you said they likely went into the void.
Do you have the Victory Pose because you logged out and back into HaloWaypoint or re-linked your Twitch until it stopped showing “…” for twitch username on HaloWaypoint?
In my own case, I wasn’t linked prior to clicking “claim” on the weapon skins. I saw that prompt first, and clicked on it, and then realized my accounts weren’t linked. But I don’t think it matters all that much, since it seems a lot of people were linked ahead of time and still didn’t get it, due to the “…” issue (I have noticed this one since doing research for this issue, and refreshing the page seems to make the actual user name appear).
So how can i now get my skins? I had already claimed them but just fixed the “…” issue
Well @labteov, there’s really only the following options now:

Wait and hope it somehow grants them to your Gamertag now.

Wait a bit longer hoping Support fixes it somehow for everyone affected.

Log a ticket explaining your situation, that you’re aware of their advice (see earlier reply by @The_Contact with support response) and you’re letting them know the items are still missing.
I am having the same issue, I submitted a ticket and their suggestions did not help me fix the issue of my drops appearing in game…
everyone should submit a ticket with this issue of not getting your twitch drops, thats the only way they will fix this.
