Just a quick post to confirm that I have received all HCS drops on both accounts using the methods detailed above and received in game. My main account didn’t have any issues for any drops, but my secondary hadn’t linked properly (it displayed “…” for my Twitch account name on HW) so I didn’t get the Milk or HCS drops…however I did it again using the new Twitch account method listed above, watched the streams again, claimed, redeemed and the HCS drops now appear in game. 
odd i was able to get both the armor coating and the gun skins… Did you check your game again? it appears that you’ve claimed both the guns and the armor coatings.
I might have been “…” when I claimed the pistol the other day. It actually listed my name today when I claimed the armor coating. So that probably was the issue. Started a new twitch.tv account to get to 100% on the weapon coating, but I’ll claim it when it actually shows the name this time around.
Then I’ll ditch that account and use my normal twitch account from now on I guess…
I think the only thing I don’t have is the got milk backdrop or logo.
Same, I shouldn’t have to make a new twitch. There’s always something wrong with this game.

I’m at 91% on the new account for the weapon coat unlock…
Again, “Hold on to your butts” moment to see if it works properly this time lol.
Someone suggested that it might be ad blockers that could be causing the name to take forever to load and just be “…”.
I have used this method twice and only received the weapon skins any ideas I have read most of the comments but not sure if I missed something.
Make sure when you link the new account to log out and log back in then refresh the page to get the name to show up. If you can use a pc and keep that window open. Don’t forget to close down the twitch when your done. So they don’t get spammed user names.
Just make sure the name shows up even when you refresh waypoint.
Also before you set up the burner unlink 343i from twitch and unlink twitch from waypoint on the old one.

Yes I figured it out also, you have to watch the halo stream for the weapon and the cloakzy stream for the armor idk why you have to watch both but that worked for me
I had to watch one after another but where it is linked on waypoint I linked my twitch at a high volume time and the user name was … instead of my twitch name. I was locked into … and would not change no matter how much I refreshed when I logged out and logged back in it showed the username but I had no drop and no way to RE redeem.
I then watched the stream for the weapon at the same time as my buddy. When I went to redeem I didnt see it in game and I couldnt see it in my redeemed on waypoint while my buddy got them at the same time. He got his instantly, I didn’t get them at all. The only thing different between the two cases was I had … my buddy had his username.
My accounts are linked and apparently they have not given me the HCS Launch Armor Coatings. I wanted to know how to solve that.
The only way was to start a new twitch account.
Everytime I try to link the new account it keeps reminding my old one
awesome. just lost three hours with no way to get these skins now.
I only received the Victory Pose but not the Armor/Weapon coatings despite having my account properly linked. I just submitted a support ticket on Twitch, asking if it’s possible to have the two other drops resent to my account so they can finally appear in-game.
Everytime I unlink twitch and try to connect the new twitch it just says my old twitch is linked, then I click connection on my first twitch it just shows Amazon
I’m at the 1hr mark on the 2nd twitch but still nothing, I’m afraid to even claim the weapon 
The way I did it was way different, I had to go to my claimed items and there is something at the bottom you click on then it gives the option to disconnect
I’m hoping it works cause it’s still not in the game but neither were the other 2 items, I don’t have time to create a new account now
And it worked just got in the game and the items are there
