Hi, same problem here…i claimed the drops while my profile on waypoint was “…”. Now i followed your steps by unlinking and re-linking my account and my twitch name is showing up on waypoint…and now what i need to do to claim the “already claimed” drops?
okay heres my issue. i linked everything and verified everything. i never had the “” problem and i checked twitch it says i claimed the weapons coating and the skin coating and then i go into waypoint and check as well and it says under history that they were both redeemed but they will not show up in game so im completely lost i dont know what to do.
You can’t. If you still want them, you need to make a new twitch-account, link it to that (and make sure it is linked correctly) and them get then again with that new twitchaccount.
If they show as claimed on both Twitch and HW with your correct Twitch account name showing on HW then I don’t know what to suggest tbh…I presume your HW account is the same email as for the gamertag that you’re playing on?
I haven’t checked if I have actually received the HCS coatings in game yet on both accounts so I will reply later if there are any issues similar to yours (if I don’t reply by 10pm GMT then it means I’ve received them).
As Ghost said, you will need to:
- unlink your HW account
- create a new Twitch account
- link Twitch account to HW
- check Twitch account name displays on HW
- watch Twitch streams
- claim drops on Twitch
- check they show in redeem history on HW
- check they show in game

Yeah so twitch is claiming now that they take 24 hours to claim. I don’t buy it for this. They had another drop that was milk related for some reason and people were not able to claim it.
Mine is still busted. Haven’t gotten it yet and all information is correct
Pistol hasn’t shown up yet in my inventory after claiming it yesterday. Working on the armor coating now.
It all worked fine for me once i got everything set up.

What about the Battle Rifle and Assault Rifle Coatings BTW? When are those suppose to be a thing?

I only see the Pistol Skin and the Pose listed on drops…
As for the Armor skin, it did unlock… I believe it’s called HCS Launch for all three armors. Still don’t have the pistol skin though…
The pistol skin icon includes the AR and BR skin For some reason they just show the pistol one, but when i got it I got all 3.
The armor skin i think requires you to go to another HCS twitch.
Go to drops, campaigns and select Halo Infinite. You’ll see the armour, weapon and stance drops. Click the suggested links for the drops to start and note you can only do one at a time. The stance can’t be done until tomorrow.
Ah… I should have known…
Welp, I wonder how long it’ll take for the weapon coat to unlock even though I claimed it…
It claimed immidiately for me… give or take the time it takes for my game to load up.
There should be no reason to make a new twitch account and watch the streams all over again. This needs to be fixed.

It doesn’t surprise me that 343 screwed up something as simple as linking accounts.

My browser won’t even go to the main sign in page… I had to use another browser.
