Hey, I’m looking to buy the new Halo 4 LE console and I wanted to get the FOTUS armor customization. What store do I need to pre-order it from to receive that?
The FOTUS armor comes with the console, it doesn’t matter where you buy it from.
You don’t need to preorder from a specific store in order to receive FOTUS armor. It comes packaged in with the console.

Well i was looking at Gamestop and it says it comes with the “forest” armour, not fotus.
All of them, you need to buy it from all the stores in order to get the FORTUS armour.

That’s a pre-order SKIN from retailers. Each retailer has different skins. You will get the FOTUS no matter what as long as you order the console edition. If you pre-ordered it at Gamestop: you will get the FOTUS and Forest Skin.
