FOTUS is NOT exclusive to the console?

This thread is STILL fueling the fire of this rumor, even after it was cleared up after page 2-3?

Pathetic.

the comment by BS Angel was back in AUG…

We do NOT have an answer yet. It hasn’t been answered. This is entirely new information that rose today. An answer from August won’t help a damn thing.

People have said and done awful things in the name of armor as of late, there’s no way for me to tell anymore ;_;

Just wow… What website will you believe. The Official Halo Website… or a retailer that just copy/pastes information, and often old information, into a place-holder for the video game of choice. Threads like these make it ever more apparent why 343i doesn’t bother posting on here… 5 pages… lol just lol.

Just more information pointing in the direction that FOTUS is an exclusive armor for the Halo 4 console, not a skinned version of an armor everybody gets…

Not to disagree with you or anything since I saw all those as well, but did you notice Locus is different from the preorder one? Either they changed the appearance of it or the X version is hidden.

Also, I guess the forest camo HAZOP is HAZOP ALLOY.

Considering that retailers and MS have gotten this type of info wrong before, I’m going to go with what 343 says on the subject since they were right on the subject.

And what 343 says is that the console comes with armor.

Sucks for you I guess.

Recon since 2007, Recon 'til 2552.

What about 2553?

After 3 hours on the phone with support and swapping from person to person nobody was able to give me an answer.

They told me Microsoft has the right to change anything they see fit before release without warning.

One can already assume that but for them to actually do that? Really messed up. Hopefully we get a real answer about this by tomorrow.

I can answer right now. The unique in-game skin is Fotus. Armour Skin = Armour piece. Interchangeable words that mean the same thing. You get Fotus don’t worry.

He also wants to know if the armor is going to be console exclusive or not.

That isn’t what I’m worried about. I’m worried about it’s exclusivity.

It is 343 said that all exclusive will be exclusive.

…unless they change that with less than 2 weeks too go as well.

Yeah all the issues about LE and now the console NEED to be addressed.

This stuff is getting out of hand.

First Recruit Armor was exclusive at the very beginning and it
was on many sites stating that it was. (now its not and was never talked
about again and any subject about it was locked)

Then bs angel said that LE does NOT get the 2 helmets and that ONLY the Standard
gets them when they purchase the map pass. (Now its in included with LE)

343i also said that the specializations for limited was exclusive and then they
just give it away to anyone who plays before the 20th. Even though that only give
LE buyers 2 weeks to reach the highest rank to be able to even use an exclusive specialization.
So by the time any LE buyer even reaches SR-60 to have access to an exclusive
specialization everyone else will have it unlocked and have the same choices.

Now this… what is going on? I don’t care if people are confused or misinformed but
we should all have this finally addressed and clarified to fixed all the issues.

All of this is getting out of control. Seriously 343i give an updated confirmation on
what each version of the game gets in FULL details.

Seeing as there’s only one variant of Fotus and it describes the armour skin as being exclusive I’m pretty sure it is…

0.40, you can clearly see only one variant of Fotus right at the bottom.

The X version is the design for it now. The original stripe one from that video is now unused.

People need food, water, shelter and air to breathe.

This is a want.

And besides, what do you want 343 to say?

> Seriously 343i give an updated confirmation on what each version of the game gets in FULL details.

They already did.

Just add the Map Pack bonuses to the LE as well.

I love how so many people don’t realize that nothing has changed since this bulletin except extras for the standard edition…
