Bringing up K/D, really now? Anyway I’m guessing this is recruit armour all over again and the CE just comes with a FOTUS skin.
Geez last time i checked people ordered the console because they want a new xbox not because they wana look like a unicorn…i thought common concent was the fotus wasnt all that?

Still, having FOTUS available to everyone would be kind of annoying after they advertized armor and exclusively so for ages and prominantly too. Not that this would stop me getting a new console, old one’s dying, slow and full, but that’d be really weird.
Reach console came with a flaming helmet that was indeed silly, made eveyone kill them and made it easy for them to do so but it was still exclusive content that they advertized yet again prominantly and actually released it exclusively with those Reach console bundles.
Also this may be a mistake with wording by all retailers that might have got the wrong end of the stick. Almost the lot of them were advertising their preorder-retailer-specific bonuses as in-game “armor” and it took a a while after the official bulletin was released about it for a few of retailers to change descriptions to advertize “skin” bonuses rather than armor. Also I have a hunch FOTUS is that special thing unlocked at SR130 anyway.
Does anyone know whether those preorder skins unlock the armor set with that skin when you start?
Dude is doesn’t work that way. You get it with the Xbox 360 halo 4 one. It even says so. And everyone if you think my account is crap is because I forgot my password on my old account.

What can we do? You’d have to ask a 343 representative because exclusive isn’t the same as “unique”. To be honest it shouldn’t matter if it’s exclusive, because if you really like an armour skin you shouldn’t care.
There are really no official statements here, BS Angel said a while back some things might be sold or unlocked in some way that were exclusive at launch. No clue, sorry.
EDIT: Maybe you should start your own thread and let this one die. The title is very misleading and incorrect, it needs to drown so nobody else thinks Fotus isn’t included.

Yes you are correct. The only minor detail you aren’t considering is the possibility that, even though the codes unlock the varient you may not be able to use the weapons until a certain level. Again much like in reach, you could unlock an armor varient but would need to get to a certain lvl before having access…
I’m not upset that FOTUS isn’t a console-exclusive, but i am pissed that 343 would just bait and switch like that. First the Limited Edition, now this…
