I recently purchased a Limited edition Xbox one console and decided to switch my digital copy with a hard copy. In the process I accidently gave the fotus class armor to the agent and he deactivated the code… I have tried calling microsoft about this issue but they said they can not do anything about the situation and directed me to contact 343 industries.
Can someone from 343 industries please help me solve this situation?

Both the Limited game and Limited Console come with the Fotus class armor. I bought the Limited Game and I didn’t get my Fotus armor either. Seems their systems for this stuff are in a wreck. Seeing as there are a lot of other things I got lucky to receive, but glitched for others who weren’t as lucky.
I changed my code but i don’t see my armor so who can help me?

It’s been a little over a week now and I still have yet to hear from 343 industries about my issue. It would be greatly appreciated if you can look at the notes on my account made by microsoft regarding my issue. I have received a code for fotus armor but it was mistakenly deactivated by microsoft. all proof is recorded by microsoft. If needed I can also provide the proof myself If i can privately speak with a customer service agent from 343 industries.

Seems to me is that they spent so much time making the game, there are many minor to severe issues.
Sooo…did they fix this thing yet? Cause I got the limited halo Xbox on black Friday. Just installed it, but didn’t play it until today and there is no such armor I my game. What the hell…
