Fotus class armor Add-on did not work

Hey,

I got the Fotus-class armor and emblem from the limited time bundle and got the add on from the xbox store. However, I still don’t have the in-game content. What can I do to get it? I can no longer enter the code again in the store because it has been used.

I’ve been hearing from some other threads that if you redownload the content, it may unlock. The assumption being that the game just isn’t noticing the files. Cannot confirm this will work, but should be easy enough to attempt for you.

I’m having the same problem.
Did reinstalling the addon fix the problem? If so, how do you do that?
