I purchased a Halo 5 special edition console, downloaded Halo 5, entered my code for Fotus armour, opened all my packs in-game, and have not unlocked the exclusive Fotus armour/emblem that was promised. I have been pulling my hair out trying to find a way to contact 343 or Mircosoft for them to look into this issue. I downloaded the game weeks ago so there shouldn’t be any problems with timing (although unlocking them as soon as you first login should have been ideal). Is there any way to get these codes or talk to someone who can look into this issue? The thought of paying for something and not getting what’s promised on top of not being able to properly solve the issue by calling or directly contacting is aggrivating to say the least.
Where did you purchase this special edition console from? Did you purchase new or used/refurbished? When you entered the code for FOTUS, what resulting message did you see? Did you get the other digital content that came with the console, and if so, what was that content?
Yeah I have 4 req packs from dlc codes that never appeared in the game. The req packs are d/l to my hard drive and everything. I want my stupid dmr

Chimera30, I bought the console brand new from Amazon, here’s the link https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0136JP9OS/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 . I entered the code, it didn’t say it was used the first time I entered it. I checked my download history for Halo 5 (under “Installed” when you “Manage” the game) and it looks like it came up as “Promotional REQ Pack” although there is a “Warzone REQ Bundle” that is installed as well. Was the download suppose to come up as anything different or is it just a special “promotional” pack that seems to be bugged? Is there any way I can confirm I have bought the special edition and get my account updated to have the armour? I haven’t thrown out any of the papers and I bet I can get a reciept from Amazon as proof I purchased the console. It doesn’t seem like I did anything wrong, a simple two step process of “enter code, redeem in-game” that has gone wrong.

Did you ever get your armor? I had the same problem and 343 got it for me.
