Hey guys, i downloaded my halo 5 game when i got the console it was 46gb and got the 9gb update. i put in the code for my armor and req packs but i cant access them on waypoint. Reason why?
REQ packs won’t be available until the game launches. There may be ways to access them with the website update that’s due tomorrow, butyou;ll be able to use it once the game drops
Because the armor is contained inside a req pack, which cannot be opened on waypoint. Once you open it in game, however, you will be able to customize on waypoint. Of course, you’re going to have to wait until tuesday to do so.

This, the Reqs that you put codes in for are in the Manage Game tab on your console. But they won’t show up on here till the update for tomorrow. At least that is my understanding.
That’s confusing, because I was able to open my Req Pack I acquired for joining a Spartan Company, and I can equip the armor. Maybe its just because we’re transitioning toward Halo 5 that something’s, but not everything is available.

Yes, no problem. I’m pretty sure the one you get for the Companies is the only one you can currently open on here.

OK. So I finally figured out what has happened. FOR THOSE OF US that pre ordered the system and did everything else for pre order codes, heres whats up.
If you go into the games and apps tab and bring up the sub menu and click on manage games, youll find that the dlc preorder codes have to update before you have access to them in the game. It just takes alittle bit of time. SO do not fear, you did get your stuff that you input codes for they just have to update. so dont restart the console or it will slow this down. happy hunting guys and girls.
