FOTUS Armor won't appear HELP!

I bought the halo 5 console, I redeemed the code for the FOTUS armor, I’ve opened all of my REQ packs, but the armor is not visible as unlocked.

Any help? anybody? please?

Hello, I am having the same problem. I opened all my REQ packs and it was not in them. Did you find a solution yet? I can’t find it under manage games either. Thank you
