I’m starting to repent for not buying the Halo 4 Limited Edition Console. The Fotus armor compared to the Recruit armor is sooooooooo damn cool. Too bad the Console on my country custs over 1200 U$$ so i would never be able to get the skin anyway.
Does anybody also agree that Halo 4 Limited Ediition Console content is way better than the Limited edition ones?
In game, it’s sooooooo damn ugly compared to Recruit. The horn makes you look like an idiot.
The FOTUS armor is quite honestly the ugliest armor I have ever seen in a Halo game, and that’s saying a lot. Recruit isn’t my favorite but it’s quite a bit better looking than FOTUS.
Ya know what will be funny? Is if all the people who want the FOTUS armor go ahead and get the $400 console just for it…and BAM…4 months later, its on the marketplace for just a few MS points

Recruit looks practical. FOTUS looks like a brony went crazy in ONI’s armor development division. No offense to bronies.
I respectfully disagree. As a huge fan of the ODST armor set, Recruit fills that niche quite nicely.

I wish there was a clear, 343i rendered image of it in game so i could accurately judge it, all the gameplay ones from youtube are too distorted

OT: I think FOTUS looks so -Yoink!-, and I’m glad I got $400 to spend on the Console to get it (and the Console will be a very nice addition of course).

Agreed, when you look at in picture you may think “That looks pretty sharp.” But after watching the recent CTF gameplay footage and seeing FOTUS in action, it just looks ridiculous and stupid.

I was seriously laughing when I actually saw it. I was like what is that. It looks soo stupid. I’d probably be the one to laugh right in the middle of a battle with someone using Fotus. It’s just hilarious.

I can just imagine how ridiculous people will look running around in bright neon FOTUS armor.
I was glad to see that armor effects weren’t in halo 4 and I thought 343 was of a similar mind that the silly crap didn’t belong in halo. Then I saw spartans with unicorn horns.
The fotus Armor is garbage but if people want to be little girls and look like unicorns be my guest.

I like them both. They could tone down the length of the horn on the FOTUS a little though.

Meh, I gotta agree, it looks pretty outlandish in game. While watching footage, I often found my self going back only to realize it was FOTUS.
The only things I’m really fond of with the console are the Crawler prop and the unicorn emblem.
I was very disappointed seeing what I would get with an emblem called prime.
Does anyone have a link to the video with he fotus armorial? And what point to skip to in the video would also be nice
