Fotus armor... Not so rare?

Is it me or am I seeing Fotus armor a LOT more often in the games I play? So far at least 1-2 people have it in every game I play. I always back out at the end of every game.

It’s a mix of Console buyers and modders.

For some reason, a lot of people spent 400$ for My Little Pony armor.
