fotus armor not showing up

I bought the halo 4 xbox witch should come with the fotus armor, and when I level up it says it is unlocked but it is no where to be found. I love the way it looks and would really love to have it, is this a bug? if so is there any way for me to be able to get the armor? Thanks for your help!
Side note on my other xbox (not the halo 4 edition)the armor is there. but not on the halo 4 one

Did you redeem your download code for the Fotus armour on your other xbox? IF so then that is the problem. The armour is only unlocked on the console you redeemed the code. You can’t download something, then move your account to another xbox and expect it to be there.

The way to get your armor, given that you have downloaded the armor on the non-Halo 4 themed console, is to go to your download history and re-download it on your Halo 4 themed Xbox. If that doesn’t work, you can always License transfer from your old console to your new one.

Another trick, if you have two Xbox Slim models is to just swap the hard drives, and then you will have everything from your old console on the new one.
