I have downloaded the code and it says that the advanced promotional req pack is installed. I already contacted Microsoft support twice and have been told to report back here. I followed all their steps and they hadn’t worked. Is there any kind of trouble shooting that could work and how can I get 343 to fix this? Not impressed as this was advertised with the console edition I bought!

Not much you can do if MS can’t help with the code. 343 has no help desk to contact. You get the Fotus Armor in the game req packs that you earn playing the game also.

Try restarting your Halo 5 to see if that works, because it may just have not fully registered. But if you are still unable to get it and 343 can’t help, you can earn it by opening packs that you get from req points still.
Did you ever get your armor? I had the same problem and 343 got it for me.
