Will the Fotus armor be available in REQ packs or will it still be limited to those who bought the limited edition console like they did for Halo 4?

FOTUS armor comes with the console edition of Halo 5, but you can also get it from a REQ pack. The weighting of it makes it a very rare item. The FOTUS emblem is exclusive to console owners

What are promotional REQ packs?
A promotional REQ pack is a type of Halo 5 REQ pack that often can only be earned by redeeming a unique code. They contain, in addition to the normal assortment of randomized cards, special pre-determined items. These pre-determined items are also, in some cases, exclusive to the promotional REQ pack they come in. They can be earned through various promotions, such as pre-ordering Halo 5 at a participating retailer or buying specially marked products, such as those from Mega Bloks, McFarlane Toys, or even Hot Pockets.Can special items in promotional REQ packs be earned through normal play?
Most of them, yes. A majority of promotional REQ cards can be earned through normal play, from normal REQ packs. However, there are some brand-exclusive emblems that are exclusive to some product promotions, such as the ASTRO emblem only being obtainable with an ASTRO Gaming purchase, for example.Can I redeem these pack codes as soon as I get them?

FOTUS can be unlocked in REQ Packs. Just a really rare drop. Or you get it from the console, I just talked a friend into giving me the code because he hates FOTUS! #TeamUnicorn

OK. So I finally figured out what has happened. FOR THOSE OF US that pre ordered the system and did everything else for pre order codes, heres whats up.
If you go into the games and apps tab and bring up the sub menu and click on manage games, youll find that the dlc preorder codes have to update before you have access to them in the game. It just takes alittle bit of time. SO do not fear, you did get your stuff that you input codes for they just have to update. so dont restart the console or it will slow this down. happy hunting guys and girls.

I know it’s wrong but one of my friends just took the code out of the bag and gave it to me, or you can buy it cheaper on eBay for $10.
