Fotus armor giveaway

> I didn’t realize talking about anything misfortunate in your life meant you were blatantly lying. Funny, the rules the internet has.

I also find it amusing that people try to play the pitty card… When in terms of getting something from someone sympathy goes along way. But becoming a liar for an item… Makes you so much worse. Be honest people. Honesty is the best.

I’m looking to complete my armor set. I have a great deal of things I have problems with but none of them need concern those present. I’ll be honest, I don’t understand the point of being… Worthy or whatever for this giveaway, in my opinion it would be better to make this more worth while and just say HERE to some random fellow, as though he were a homeless fellow and you had an extra $100. Of course if you are speaking about being worthy for the limitedness of the item, I say, that is your choice. AND EVERYONE SHOULD RESPECT THAT.

I don’t ask for pitty. My mental condition just steps out of the crowd. How many people with schizophrenia do you know playing Halo? And beautiful on top of that.
Thank you sir.

… Schizophrenia is a mental case that causes the brain to hear voices and see things. It drives the person mad! The person also hears things constantly, Like people saying DONT MOVE and DONT BREATHE… It’s a difficult mental challenge for people who have it. To take it lightly would be insulting to others who actually have it. To learn more, google it. It’ll help you understand the people who suffer from this affliction.

Don’t call me a liar sir, you don’t know me. Thank you.

I don’t know whether to be massively offended or not. Everybody seems to be implying that everyone who answered OP’s question honestly, with an answer that wasn’t sunshine and roses, lied. One guy got caught in his lie, and I agree that it’s disgusting what peope will do to get ahead, but don’t accuse me because of HIS lie.

I’d also like to point out that I never asked for pity. The question was why we thought we’d make a decent candidate for it, so I put out my case.

> Don’t call me a liar sir, you don’t know me. Thank you.

And who was calling you a liar? I was merely stating what it is  And if you suffer from this affliction I am sorry. Nor was it my intention to insult you.

And no I never called you a Liar Spooney. Im merely saying it’s funny what people will do to get what they want. Be it pity, or bribes. It’s human nature.

I don’t understand why everyone is forgetting the goal here. Truthfully I do believe in the do not lie part. As I do have 3 jobs and it is quite stressful (All 3 are part~time). We are simply suppose to tell him why we want/deserve/worthy for his spare code. This is his requirements, who are you to judge? We should not put down other people to reach such goal for damn sure though. So please don’t flame… I do not wanna see this thread be closed for non-sense. Still good luck to all if this giveaway is still going on.

P.S. I do not feel a sickness earns you a spot for worthiness automatically. Not to sound heartless, but why spend your final moments begging when you should be looking for much better reasons to live/beat this illness. Beating a serious illness is a much better gift then anyone can give and Fotus should never be able to fill that void.

Do not flame please and I am NOT putting anyone down by saying this. Please guys…

As I said before, you’re excluded anyways.

MY LYFE SUCKS GIIME CODE MY MUM IS DEAD MY BORTHER IS DEAD I AMDEAD INEED THIS TO BE HAPPEH!

I agree. Flaming will only lead to convoluted thoughts and arguing. I personally believe I deserve the code because I’ve owned every halo limited edition up to halo 4. Of which I could not afford the console.

I work nights, and am working on opening a Youtube channel to help people like in my situation of surviving off of $50 for food. And learning to exercise and work out properly to achieve physical fitness and reduce stress. Halo has always been one of my passions, and so has getting into MLG, however, I’ve also wanted to change lives. By that I mean helping others, by working to become a firefighter, and on my way there trying to help people understand the worth of a mere $50. If thats all you can afford to use in a week, then thats all you got. And it’s important that people learn how to use it.

Did I win?

Can I please have the FOTUS Female Avatar code? I would like to give it to my fiancée.

Hey, can i have it. I was looking forward into getting it. Let me know.

BANSHEEEEEEE, when I ran in to you online you team killed mah banshee when I beat you to it ;( Y U DO DIS?

> BANSHEEEEEEE, when I ran in to you online you team killed mah banshee when I beat you to it ;( Y U DO DIS?

That’s simple…he’s a Banshee GOD.

I do community service solely because I enjoy helping other people and animals. I divide up where I help out at throughout the week, I don’t visit the same place too many times a month, I rather be in multiple locations. I primarily volunteer at three locations; the local animal shelter, a place called the Children’s Museum for kids to go during the day and play, and the Ronald McDonald house for kids who have had hospital visits.

The animal shelter work is based around helping the animals obviously, cleaning cages, walking the dogs, changing out their food, clipping dog or cat nails when they’ve become too long, sometimes I even get to talk to families that come in and help them find the right pet which is alot of fun.

For the Children’s Museum I get to stop in a few hours during the day and play with the kids, most are dropped off for a while by busy parents, they get to play with other kids their age as well as with the volunteers like myself. There are puppet shows with all kinds of outfits so you can make a whole story out of thin air to engage the kids and keep them calmed down, building blocks and legos to stack and create towers and cars and whatever else comes to mind that the child enjoys, they also have these curved ramp tables that you roll these balls across that feel somewhat like a hotwheel on a track haha, pretty neat. The kids get so excited whenever you put enough enthusiasm into any of it though, good to see kids so happy because I didn’t get to enjoy things the way they get to when I was younger.

Lastly is the Ronald McDonald house, this place is a big center next to the hospital for children who are going to have operations or already have, they are brought there to take their minds off the issues and just take it easy and enjoy themselves and recover. My jobs range from sweeping floors and washing them to keep it safe so kids aren’t inhaling dirt and dust or slipping on wet surfaces, or I make the food that is served to them for lunch time, soup, sandwiches, veggies, primarily easy to eat foods that support healthier eating alternatives, and I also do story time where you get the kids together and let them vote for which book they’d like to have read to them, you vote to promote them all working together and using fair ways to make decisions and learn to get along. Its such a great place, some of the kids are burn victims or had to have surgery from car accidents or abuse, but its such an accepting place that none of the kids are judged, none of them make fun of others or laugh at children with unfortunate deformities, they’ve all learned to be accepting and get along, its so wonderful to see because I didn’t grow up with that same kind of acceptance and tolerance. Really gives those kids hope for better days.

Anyway, I believe I’ve said enough about myself. I’ve made my case, best of luck to everyone and congratulations to the winner

> Another location I’ve been going to for over a year now that I’d recommend to others as well is Share Your Soles. Its an organization founded by one woman who ran a service out of her garage to give shoes to needy children whose families can’t afford new shoes. It caught on and became so popular that today she has a warehouse its run out of and she travels the world giving donated shoes to unfortunate kids over the globe. From right here in the states in America, to places like Sudan and Kenya, to the middle east, there’s no place where Share Your Soles isn’t willing to show up and provide for kids. I work in the warehouse doing anything from sweeping the floors, to making the boxes shoes are shipped out in, to going through donations and sorting shoes and organizing them; size, color, male/female/child, I remember as a kid having times where we couldn’t afford new shoes, we’d save money to afford boots for winter so we could keep warm and that meant during the rest of the year having to settle for our sneakers going through a bit more wear and tear than you’d be comfortable with. Its nice to be able to give back and help change that for other kids so they don’t have the same problems, they can at least walk comfortably in shoes that fit, and at no cost. You’d be surprised how much happiness a pair of shoes can bring.

Son…wat the hell did you write. I stopped at the first sentence at the first paragraph.

> Son…wat the hell did you write. I stopped at the first sentence at the first paragraph.

That’s the problem these days, some kids get too used to having short cuts to everything and they end up like this; complaining about reading and can’t be bothered to go further than a paragraph without stopping to complain.

He asked why we deserve the giveaway, he didn’t say to do what many are doing and just posting things like “Hey I want it, message me.” or “Give me the helmet I’ve tried getting it for a while now.” Banshee wanted to know why we feel we deserve it, he didn’t say post in the thread demanding he gives it to you or give others trouble for their reasoning of why they feel they deserve it.

Hey, im a girl…I have always been looking forward on having the Fotus Armor. I would really like to have it. I want to say that it looks badass on a lot of player, especially on you. Go to rate the spartan above you thread. I want to rate it.

I understand…however, i think he’s aiming for the female gamers.
