Fotus armor did not unlock with code

I just entered my collectors edition armor code and it did not unlock the armor in the spartan hub.

Same with my 25$ REQ Bundle I just bought. Nothing there.

I am having the same issue, used my Fotus armor code about a half hour ago but it never unlocked the armor in game.

I just entered my fotus armor code and it said it worked but it’s not in game. Tried re-entering code says it has been used so I know I’m not seeing things.

I got my fotus armor really fast after posting so thank you for the quick response. Fasted I have ever seen anything happen before from mentioning it in the forums.

I am having this problem as well.

Does anyone know who to contact regarding the Fotus Armor download issue. We tried downloading the Halo 5 game and the Armor then the download crashed, had to restart it but when we did the Armor went out of our queue and it will not let us re-download stating the code has been used. Anyone else having this issue or know a work around? Thanks!

If anyone can answer this: but did you get a separate code card for the Fotus armor from the REQ pack bundle?

Why is everyone having this problem… A lil ridiculous… I have still yet to have my unlockable days after entering it. Don’t remember bungie ever having problems such as this.

I entered my code for the Fotus armor from my Halo 5 limited edition console and it accepted the code but it didn’t unlock in the game. Please Help

Im having issues with the steel assault rifle skin not showing up it was a preorder from bestbuy

Yeah I got same problem
typed in fotus code but I only have recruit and mark vi plus I didn’t get the emblem either

I figured out you have to go to requisitions and open packs open them all and u get. Legendary fotus armour in the gold one

I used my the code to get my fotus armor and I still do not have it as well.

I am having the same problem I entered my code about 20 minutes ago and I still don’t see the fotus armour set in my armoury.
