Fotus armor. Console edition only?

So is the fotus armor only obtainable via Halo 5 console? or can you also obtain it from a req pack that you can buy? i really want this armor but idk if its a console exclusive code type of deal like in halo 4.

I’ve read it can drop from req packs, same as Helioskrill, but I believe they are very rare.
