So i purchased the Special Edition Halo 4 Xbox. Unfortunately the code for the Fotus Armor, Unicorn Emblem, and Imprint Light Rifle, had already been used. I have been talking to Xbox Support for a week, they began an investigation, found that some other Gamertag had already redeemed the code, and that i should get in touch with the retailer i purchased it from. I talked to gamestop, they said to bring in my recite and they would get me a new code. Unfortunately they could not locate or get a hold of a Halo 4 Xbox. The guys at gamestop were very helpful and nice but just couldnt get the material they needed to help me. They told me i need to get in contact with 343, give them my case number from Xbox support, which i have, and any other info they would need. I have been searching high and low for a customer support number but it appears they dont have one set up. So someone, anyone, please respond! Half the reason i purchased the special edition xbox was for the fotus armor. If i posted this in the wrong section tell me where to post it, if its labeled wrong or anything. Let me know where to go and who to talk to so i may get in touch with 343 directly and get this all sorted out. Thanks everyone, and remember. If you have a Twitter account, then you can contact them through the link near the bottom right of the page. There were a couple of people who were floating around here who know how you can contact them another way, though I’m not sure if they are currently active or not.
If I were you, I would PM a really active member of these forums or a Moderator to get a link because they were the ones who had the link during the time of when Halo 4 had massive leaks. So try to PM Rukizzel or snickerdoodleOne of them should be able to help you get in contact with them possibly or get the link (if it even still exists). Sorry I couldn’t have been more of a help. I would try Twitter first if its an option.
