I am having trouble with the fotus armor code i received with the limited edition of xbox one halo 5.
I put in the code and it got approved but it didnt unlock the armor and emblem. I also contacted microsoft support and they confirmed that the code was accepted but redirected me to you about this problem.
Could you help me with my problem? I’d really like to use the armor and the unique emblem.

Hmm. How long has it been since you entered the code? I believe it took a bit of time before it registered to my brother’s account when he used it.

Its been 2 weeks since I entered it :-/ I also dont know where I can reach the support for this problem…

Two weeks? Wow. That’s unfortunate.
The only thing I can suggest right now is to keep waiting. It might show up one day. I don’t think there’s any solution to this, considering that Xbox/Microsoft support is useless. If it’s any consolation, the armor and emblem can be unlocked from Gold REQ packs, so even if you don’t get the pack, playing enough will get you the emblem and armor.
You could try speaking to Xbox Support, either via live chat or over the phone, but they will only run you through standard troubleshooting procedures and then suggest you come back to these forums. However, if more people get in contact with Xbox Support to report this issue perhaps it will be escalated to someone at 343. Unfortunately there is no direct way to contact 343 Industries to report this matter which is highly frustrating.
You could try posting on the official Halo Facebook and Twitter pages too.

343 needs to address this problem that is affecting many of their paying customers as soon as possible.
Yea there’s quite a few people experiencing issues right now. All we can do is hope. I’m waiting on my dauntless visr to appear. I entered the code Friday.

Well, what else can he do? Microsoft’s support does jack -Yoink-, and 343 has left everyone with no ways of contacting them. He can’t do anything about it until 343 solves it themselves.

It’s really unfortunate that these days you have to be some kind of famous e-celebrity with a large social media following (who most likely got the game for free in the first place) to have any weight when asking for something to be fixed in the gaming world.
Meanwhile, the regular people who actually paid for the product get ignored.
Having no way to directly contact 343 Industries or that Xbox Support have no idea about the issue, instead referring people back here, is ridiculous.
