I purchased the Halo 5 Limited Collectors Edition and Limited Edition Halo 5 Custom XBOX that comes with the exclusive FOTUS Armor. It came with the code, but when I entered it it took me to another blank white screen and then back to the store. At the time I figure it was all set and when I went in game I didn’t see it unlocked. So I figured, like Destiny and other games it’s something I needed to reach a certain level to get, but then I saw some players with the armor on and the same or lower rank than me. I tried the code again and of course it told me that it was used already. Microsoft asked for the code on Tuesday when I called again, and I was not able to find it. Might have been tossed with the other wrappers and packaging from the shipments.Contacted Best Buy and they told me to contact Microsoft, which of course told me to contact Best Buy. After my 2nd call with Microsoft, I was referred to come here and post my issue.
Is there a possible customer service number that I can have to call the developers for assistance?
Microsoft shows the game and req packs being redeemed, but no record of the FOTUS armor pack.I have the receipts for over $700 of Halo 5 purchases and a 2hr chat transcript if it will help me get a working code for the Armor DLC that came with the custom Xbox.
