I get it now, I know why people don’t like Fotus, it isn’t because they dislike the look, it isn’t because they can’t get it in standard or LE either. It all makes sense, I don’t know why I didn’t see it the whole time.

they are haters, and no I don’t mean Fotus haters, I mean Brony haters, it makes sense, the same people that feel emasculate because of horses and ponies in an entertaining show (they just be jealous cause size DOES count)

I don’t hate it; it’s not worth my hate. I’m not jealous either; I don’t get jealous over such trivial matters. I just think that FOTUS is horrible looking.
Some people seem to think that MLP inspired FOTUS and it’s actually a reference to that…it’s not.
MLP has had zero impact on the Halo Universe and I hope and prey to God that it never does. It’s nice you people enjoy the show, but enough already. People are getting tired of you shoving it down our throats.
So before you make the connection that it MUST be a MLP reference because it has something to do with a mythical creature that just happens to be a horse…think again.

Nice colour for your text, but you see i can do it too, but can i please ask you spear sir/ma’am to re-read my initial post before going on a rampage again, I didn’t say anywhere AT ALL that FIST OF THE UNICORNS armour was a reference to MLP, you seem to think people are out to spread the ponies, I just made a distinct observation that people (like yourself) dislike fotus & MLP because they have a similar theme of mythical creatures like Unicorns

But I do agree that the Unicorn emblem and the horn on the armour make people assume its a reference to MLP, even though it isn’t.
That being said, I don’t think that’s a reason to dislike the armour. If you don’t like how it looks, don’t wear it. If you like MLP and like the armour, wear it. If you dont like MLP but like the armour, wear it.
Why let a cartoon ruin your impressions of a completely unrelated game?
And yes, I am a brony, and yes, I will be wearing it. But I’m wearing it because I like it, not because I’m a brony.

I apologize since i was also making assumptions about your preference of the armour, as i had accidentaly mixed the dislike of MLP with the dislike of fotus. And I am getting the console edition with fotus so I will also be wearing Fotus, I may colour myself to be MLP related but that isn’t the reason i like it, I do also like it for the cool look of the armour, and the unique feel of the armour. Also, colour text is so fun isn’t it XD

Thanks for the TLDR, it really helped summarize XD haha, na, I actually read your opinion and I agree with it, I just posted this MLP connection as a joke, I was half expecting this post to be locked because of some sort of stupidity on my behalf. I am not complaining about FOTUS, after all I am getting it, just like in reach I had the recon and i loved it, but i laughed at people who got base recon when they hit brigadier or whatever XD
I think it looks cool. Weird for a Sci-Fi game like Halo, especially with a -Yoink- sticking out of your head while normal marines simply go about wearing helmets similar to modern day military helmets, but cool. I just find it canonically…questioning, and if 343 releases it to the public, I’d get pissed, coz this meant all exclusives might be free too.
And that sucked. Remember when 343 said Recruit Armor was an LE exclusive, then busted us by saying its just a skin and Recruit is actually default armor?
Yeah, like that. I don’t even have Fotus, but I think its cool.
