I got a code to download a few days ago from XBL, it redeemed but won’t install the content.
I just got off with XBL support and they said the code was redeemed to my account but the license was technically missing. They told me to contact support at HaloWaypoint but I’m not sure if this is the correct way. If the staff could contact me somehow I can give the code I redeemed and any other information that could help resolve this.
