I entered the code from my limited edition into the access code area from my Xbox account, and the instructions stated that once the access code has been accepted that I can access the full movie from both my Xbox and the web (HALO 4 INTEL > FORWARD UNTO DAWN). The page at that URL reads: “YOU CAN ONLY ACCESS THIS AREA IF YOU PURCHASED THE HALO 4 LIMITED EDITION.”
I do, and the code was successfully entered. I’m not getting worked up over it or anything, as we’re all seeing a lot of technical issues being worked out, but I didn’t see this come up in a search within the site and thought I should mention it.
As an aside, I have to admit to being more than a little surprised at how rough the launch has been both for Waypoint (the mobile apps are toast, data still missing from prior games,) and Halo 4 itself with server instability. I get that these things happen on launch, but between Microsoft and 343I (with some Bungie old guard in there), this wasn’t anyone’s first time to the rodeo, so the difficulties were just unexpected.
Head onto Halo Waypoint on your console and it should tell you that you can now watch FuD on console & the web.
As the Little Moa said, start up waypoint on your console, after that you should be able to get to it here on the web as well. Of course, when you try to play it you’ll most likely just get stuck with it saying “Acquiring Signal”.
I noticed that the videos dont even work on Halo Waypoint, been trying to watch them but nope. 343 really dropped the ball on this one, this website is having issues with almost everything and even the Halo 4 game itself even disappointed me.

I can watch it on the xbox but not on the web.
Same issue here. Followed the instructions on the card to a T.
When you state you can watch it on the Console, but not on the Web, do you mean that you can see Forward Unto Dawn area on the console, but that the web area is still blocking you? Or do you mean something else?
Also, for those seeing it on Console, are you seeing the small box that says Forward Unto Dawn, or the full length panel? (Should be as large as the multibox panel next to it)
With the code active, when you enter Waypoint on console, and navigate to the right, there should be 3 full size columns on the right. The far right will include Universe and other area, and be next to a full length, single image Forward Unto Dawn panel. To the left of that is another column of multiple images including a small Forward Unto Dawn and a small ‘Advertisement’ block under it.
If you are not seeing the HUGE giant Forward Unto Dawn panel in Waypoint on console, then you are not seeing an unlocked Forward Unto Dawn
