Ok so i just watched Forward unto Dawn parts 1-5, and I thought it was really great. (Part 4 was my favorite) but I have a few questions.

  1. So at the begining (and end) it shows Lasky hearing the distress signal from FUD, and everyone was asking him orders and stuff. Making him appear to be the one in charge. However, during the events of Halo 4 Del Rio was in charge. So what happened to Lasky? Was he surpassed by a higher ranking officer more “qualified” in the rescue of John? Or was this a mistake in development?

  2. It doesn’t appear Lasky recognizes John during the campaign. Of course I understand why John doesn’t recognize him seeing as he has rescued countless civilians so there is no real reason for him to remember that one particullar one. However, you think Lasky would remember the death of Chyler, and him being one of the only 3 humans who survived the invasion, so why doesn’t he make any references to Chief saving his -Yoink-, and even he in a way saving Chief’s?

  1. Del rio was always in charge but Lasky was 2nd in command so people call him sir also!
  2. He does recognize him actually the first they meet he’s like never thought i’d see you again so he does recognize him.
