I read that it will be on streaming on Waypoint. If this is true, are you serious? Waypoint videos are bad quality and slow. By the way I am still looking for the special video from HALO Reach legendary.
I know about FUD release on dvd and bluray, please give us a code to download to the HDD.

EDIT. FUD will be on machimina and youtube. XTS has youtube app and will have explorer. So there is no sense to give us to see on streaming on Waypoint. A code to download on zune will be the best option. Thx
MachinimaPrime is going to be streaming it on Youtube if I’m not mistaken. That might be a better route than coming here. I know I won’t be.

It will be on Waypoint, it was confirmed by Frankie. The reason for this is because they will still be shooting scenes for FuD when the mass production of the game begins.
Also the Reach legendary commentary is located under Waypoint->Games->Halo:Reach and it will be one of the videos there.
Waypoint bad quality? Since when? When ever i’ve watched a video it’s been in HD.

I understand that point, but I prefer a code to redeem on zune and not a streaming video. If I have my xbox offline, I cannot watch it.

Well I don´t think is 720p or 1080p, even I doubt is 480p
On the Xbox Waypoint Videos arnt bad. On the PC it can sometimes jump from clear to a blurry 360p.
Waypoint video were always of great quality when I watch them. If you have trouble with the quality of the video it is on your end since I believe waypoint automaticly down the quality if your connection can’t keep up.
What is the difference between Waypoint and Youtube app? or between Waypoint and Explorer? HD. FUD will be on machimina and youtube, so why to see on waypoint streaming if you have other two options (youtube, explorer) on XTS? The only reason is because FUD will be on dvd/bluray.
Is not a problem of conexion (I have cable), is a problem of quality. Waypoint is a blur option after last update.
waypoint has the same concept as netflix, where it’s quality is based on how well your internet can stream it with stopping.
also I do agree with having either a zune download over streaming online. Although i’d much prefer having a disk like Halo 2 special features
Honestly, most likely money. It’s much easier and cheaper to throw a copy up on waypoint for streaming than to print a 100,000 copies on a dvd
I honestly don’t have a problem with the quality or speed of waypoint videos. Maybe it’s just your internet connection?
The extended series included in the LE will be on Waypoint. The reason it’s not a hard copy is because they wanted to be able to provide it in HD; they don’t want to put it on Blu-ray since not everyone has a Blu-ray player, but they all have access to waypoint.
This is unfortunate, though, since Microsoft silverlight is complete garbage. Also, you can’t save your progress through a video so you either have to watch it all in one sitting or remember where you left off. I like your idea of a download through Zune, though.
I think it should ALSO come with a direct download code OR a coupon for a free copy of the retail version when it’s released in stores.
Waypoint streams great on the Xbox. At least on my devices…
