I have purchased halo 4 limited edition, and i have entered the codes but it says that i need to buy the limited edition to view it. so i cant watch the extended version of forward unto dawn.
Read the Access Card it clearly says you need to enter the code on XBOX then run Waypoint on XBOX360 before access to web is enabled.
I know this is late on this topic, but i to am having the same problem, and i did read the insturctions before starting halo waypoint, since i entered the code in i check reguralry if the Halo FUD will access but it has yet to work so im askin what the problem is, i cant enter the code aain, but i can click redownload of the movie on xbox360 and nothing happens, and the website doesnt even give a way to check if you entered it in or not.
Im getting really frustrated,everything esle worked from the limited edition but the BLAM! movie!
Message me back if this can be fixed soon. tired of clicking on a tab that says i dont have access to.

Just to clarify, you did the following:
- Redeemed the code for Halo 4: Forward unto Dawn
- Loaded up Halo Waypoint on the Xbox 360
- Received the notification telling you that you can now watch it on the website & console app

Odd, can you try this:
Head to the dashboard > Go to Settings > System > Storage > Hard Drive > Games and Apps > Halo Waypoint > Delete 'Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn
Then try and re-download it again from your Download History.
